Best Practice in Managing Housing Programmes 2009
Delcam has been investigating ‘best practice’ for housing programme management based on its experience with major housing organisations that use its PS-Team Programme Management and Collaboration system.
As a result many differences were found in the way organisations run their programmes.
Delcam has been analysing the issues with Turner and Townsend, a leading consultant in this field. In these seminars, they will put forward a joint view of best practice for a range of business processes from setting up the contracts to final account, and explain what the supporting systems need to do to support this.
Delcam will also present a number of case studies from a number of organisations it has worked with in recent years.
Those from local authorities, ALMOs and RSLs can attend for free.
