The UK's newest sustainable building and refurbishment event for the construction industry covering everything from training opportunities and renewable technologies to sustainable materials and legislation updates.

The conference programme for Greenbuild Expo 2012 will offer over 100 seminars and training sessions, featuring speakers from DECC, the Cabinet Office, Manchester City Council, the Energy Saving Trust, Kingfisher, Procure Plus, Keepmoat, The Mark Group, Timber Trade Federation, Concrete Centre, BRE, National Insulation Association, PRP Architects, UK Green Building Council, Bradford, Nottingham and Salford Universities and many more, addressing topics from the Carbon Reduction Commitment to the Renewable Heat Incentive.

 

Other highlights include a BREEAM showcase, looking at the UK’s highest scoring projects, and the return of Ignition, the UK’s only woodfuel event. The centre piece for 2012 is the Green Deal debate area, which will examine how the goverment’s flagship green policy will work in reality.
