Swish Cellular PVC is a highly sustainable material with a working life in excess of 60 years. Cellular PVC has a significantly lower lifetime cost than timber because it has no maintenance requirement and therefore is a more efficient use of scarce financial resources. At the end of its working life PVC can also be removed and easily recycled.
In addition Swish gutters and pipes are manufactured using 84% recycled material giving a 70% CO2 saving during manufacture. Swish rainwater systems have been shortlisted in the National Recycling Awards 2010 Best Product category.
