A division of Spice Plc, the group provides a nationwide comprehensive gas maintenance and whole house repair service to the social housing and industrial sector from planned maintenance to emergency call out.
It has two key business streams, Liberty Gas and Liberty Property Services and its extensive range of services include planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, stock condition monitoring, gas compliance and void management.

Liberty Gas provides gas maintenance services to local authorities and registered social landlords, operating an in-house 24/7 365 day a year operation to ensure that it meets the demands of its clients by maintaining warmer, safer homes for tenants across the UK.
“We pride ourselves on investing in our people and infrastructure in order to provide our clients with cost effective tailored solutions, focusing on delivering excellent service and quality” explains Lilley.
The company is Gas Safe Register, CORGI, CHAS, Altius Elite Vendor and SafeContractor accredited as well as having achieved ISO QAR, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and most recently,the RoSPAG old award.
While the group’s expertise lies in gas maintenance it is not the only hat that it wears and Liberty Property Services is a national provider of building maintenance and repair services.
The work that it carries out includes small works; void repairs and refurbishments predominantly within the domestic, local authority and housing association market and from its head office in Eccles Liberty operates a national team of field-based plumbers, electricians, builders and joiners.
“The organisation works closely with the key business streams within Liberty to offer an end to end approach to all our client’s business needs, be it a small project to a complete refurbishment Liberty provides the tools to see plans through from start to finish,” says Lilley.
