£200m Merton housing deal up for grabs

Contractors have been invited to bid for a contract worth £200million to maintain the housing stock of Merton Council in London.

The 10-year contract involves the repair and maintenance of almost 9,000 homes across Merton, Mitcham and Wimbledon.

Work will include replacing kitchens and bathrooms, roof work, internal repairs and decorations and structural works.

Companies have until 30 October to express an interest.
