Anglian secures a hat-trick of awards

Anglian Building Products has won three new contracts for Glasgow Housing Association, Derwentside Homes and Sanctuary Housing.

It has been appointed by Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) as sole specialist fenestration contractor for the group’s latest window replacement programme. The two-year £3 million deal will see new PVC-u tilt and turn double-glazed windows being installed to a diverse range of property types.

County Durham based Derwentside Homes awarded Anglian a 124-property contract, to be delivered against a tight project timeline. The window and door installation contract was secured through the Valueworks managed NE Procurement consortium.

The window and door replacement framework with Sanctuary Housing further cements a strong relationship which was first established in the 1990s. The framework contract is for four years and is worth approximately £1.7 million per annum.
