Connaught scoops £28m Yorkshire Housing contract

Connaught has won a £28million contract to repair and maintain 12,000 Yorkshire homes.

The four-year contract with housing association Yorkshire Housing will see Connaught deliver planned investment works, including kitchen, bathroom, roofing, structural and windows and doors improvements; as well as maintenance of lifts, door entry systems, fire alarms and air conditioning, to properties in West and North Yorkshire.

The company will also continue to provide Yorkshire Housing's day to day repairs service for their 7,000 homes in West Yorkshire.
