Bolton based Contour Homes has given a house to a local residents association.

The 3-bedroom semi detached property on the Pungle estate was given to the residents association, along with a £5,000 donation, which will be used for set up costs and to pay for the first year utility bills.

The house will be used to conduct a range of activities for the community to enjoy. These will be at the discretion of the local community via the residents association or management committee.
