Firms invited to bid for £400m London & Quadrant framework

Housing association London & Quadrant (L&Q) is inviting contractors to bid for a place on a four-year framework, worth between £250million and £400million.

Up to eight firms are expected to be selected for the new build and repairs framework deal, which is scheduled to start in February 2011.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 16 September 2010.
