Green builds on his success with new role

Tim Green has been appointed as a new construction manager by house builder and developer Larkfleet Group.

Green has worked for the group for two years and in his new appointment as construction manager has already started working on four sites across Lincolnshire, Stamford and Rutland.

In his new role, he will be involved from the initial tender to the successful completion of a project, encompassing the day-to-day management and overseeing health and safety aspects of each site. He will also take part in design consultations and meetings with clients on a regular basis.

Commenting on his appointment Green says: “I am delighted to now be working as construction manager and look forward to the varied work the role involves. My work ethic is to always give more than is expected.”
