Hat-trick for housing association
Marches Housing Association has achieved three prestigious awards in recognition of the quality of its services to residents and employees.
The association, based in Leominster, has secured the Enhanced Quality Housing Services (QHS) standard and been reaccredited with Investors in People (IiP) and Investors in Excellence (IiE).
David Hinchliffe, managing director at Marches, said: “We are proud to secure three prestigious awards. It is a reflection on the dedication and commitment staff have when it comes to continually offering a first-rate service to our customers. For us it is not about the awards or badges we obtain from undergoing these assessments, it is about them helping us to acknowledge areas where we can improve.”
The Enhanced QHS standard follows an in-depth inspection process which included mystery shoppers and telephone surveys with customers. Securing the standard involves the performance of housing associations being assessed against a range of factors including estate management and availability of resident information.
Marches has also been re-accredited for a 12th year with Investors in People (IiP) recognising its commitment to good practice, development and continuous improvemen.
The Investors in Excellence (IiE) award is designed to drive sustainable improvement across all areas of organisations as well as being a recognised symbol of success.
