Herbert T Forrest wins £6m Lancaster housing deal

A £6m contract to deliver Lancaster City Council’s five year Housing Capital Programme has been won by Herbert T Forrest.

Herbert T Forrest will carry out work including external refurbishment, repointing/re-rendering, kitchen/bathroom refurbishment, re-roofing, rewiring, and environmental improvements across council-owned properties in Lancaster.

The contract is due to start in April 2010 running until April 2015.
