Inspace wins housing contracts

Social housing specialist, Inspace, has won two contracts worth over £7million.

The first contract valued at £5.2million will see a five storey residential block built in Tooting, South London for L&Q.

Work on the scheme, which will comprise 46 units of flats and maisonettes for affordable rent,
is expected to start in October this year with completion in March 2011.

Inspace has also started building 26 apartments for Paradigm Housing in Chalfont St Giles, Bucks, as part of a £2.1million design and build contract.

Work is scheduled to complete in May 2010.
