Lovell takes £1.2m Suffolk housing scheme

Lovell will build 10 new homes in Mildenhall, Suffolk for affordable housing provider Circle Anglia in a £1.2 million scheme.

The homes for affordable rent will meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and will include solar thermal flat plate collectors for heating water and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery ventilation system, which recycles the otherwise wasted heat from bathrooms and kitchens.

The scheme is due to be completed for May 2010.
