Mears Group has won two 10-year social housing contracts worth a total of £57million.

The public-sector contractor has been awarded the partnership contracts with Octavia Housing and Care and the Old Ford Housing Association. The contract with Octavia is worth £36million while the contract with Old Ford is worth £21million.

Both contracts are to provide repairs and void services and will bring the groups' order book to £1.7billion.
