Mears wins housing contract

Mears has won a partnership deal with Shoreline Housing Partnership worth £50million over six-years.

That figure could rise to more than £80million subject to an opportunity for a further four-year extension to the responsive repairs and maintenance services contract.

Shoreline is a registered social landlord managing 8,200 homes around Grimsby.
