MITIE has won a four year Decent Homes contract with Bracknell Forest Homes worth £17.5 million.

Bracknell Forest Homes is a newly-formed not-for-profit housing association that owns and manages 5,600 properties.

The contract, which is due to start in September, will involve fitting new kitchens and bathrooms in half of the organisation’s homes and carrying out some rewiring work.
