MITIE wins Crawley council contract

MITIE has been awarded a 10 year contract with Crawley Borough Council to deliver reactive maintenance and void refurbishments to half of their 8,153 housing stock.

The contract starts in April this year with an estimated value of £3 million per annum.

From April 2012, the contract will be extended to cover planned and cyclical works, adding a further £8.4 million per annum for the remaining term.
