Network Homes works with F3GROUP Ltd to deliver affordable homes for rent and shared ownership in Canary Wharf
Housing association, Network Homes, is working with F3GROUP Ltd to deliver 44 affordable homes in the heart of Canary Wharf, London.
The homes, which are part of the £40million 45 Millharbour development project, were acquired by Network Homes through a Section 106 agreement.
They consist of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, 32 of which will be available for rent with the remainder available through shared ownership. The development will also consist of apartments for private sale.
F3GROUP Ltd is managing the construction of 45 Millharbour, which is due to be completed in August.
Situated next to the River Thames it will include a total of 138 apartments spread over 13 floors as well as public amenity space running on the ground floor between Millharbour Road and the dock.
Vicky Savage, executive director of development at Network Homes, said: “We’re pleased to be able to offer local residents affordable homes in their area. This part of Tower Hamlets is being developed to help bring significant economic, social and environmental benefits to East London. It’s important that local people do not miss out on the benefits of the changes. This development will provide them with much-needed, high-quality, beautiful homes to live in at an affordable price.”
