One Vision Housing appoints Connaught

One Vision Housing has appointed Connaught Partnerships and Apollo Heating in a four-year, £35 million facilities management contract.

One Vision Housing took over the ownership and management of Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council’s housing stock in October 2006.

As of this month Connaught Partnerships will be responsible for the delivery of routine repairs to all of One Vision Housing’s 11,150 homes across Sefton.

Apollo Heating will take responsibility for conducting gas services and central heating repairs for the housing association.
