Progress Care opens key worker housing scheme in Boston
A multi-million pound development of keyworker housing has officially opened at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.
Developed by Progress Care Housing Association, the accomodation includes 460 brand new flats and 130 refurbished units across four hospital sites.
Progress Care and the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust have jointly developed the scheme.
The £22million project has replaced existing accommodation for hospital staff at Lincoln County Hospital, Grantham and District Hospital, County Hospital Louth and Pilgrim Hospital in Boston.
It has provided 303 new build units at Boston, 111 new and 109 refurbished units at Lincoln, 46 new and four refurbished units at Grantham and 17 refurbished units, including four family homes, at Louth.
