Thumbs up for ALMO’s systems for tackling anti-social behaviour

Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) residents have given the organisation a thumbs up for its handling of anti-social behaviour, according to an recent survey.

The ALMO conducted an independent residents’ survey with users of the BHP’s Neighbourhood Warden Service.

The survey is carried out quarterly and is part of the measures in place to monitor systems for tackling anti-social behaviour. The results showed that residents were pleased with the service they were receiving and that satisfaction has improved from last year, in some cases achieving 100 per cent satisfaction.

The survey showed that 96 per cent of residents thought it was easy to report their problem, 100 per cent were satisfied with the support they received, 92 per cent were happy with the outcome of the case and 100 per cent will be happy to report a case to BHP in the future.

Gerry Doherty, chief executive of BHP said: “The survey result is excellent. It shows that BHP is committed to tackling anti-social behaviour and that we are striving to continuously improve our services and achieve resident satisfaction. We are very pleased that residents are happy with our service, and we will continue to look after their safety, needs and concerns.”
